Our Signature Fourteen-Day 1:1 Intensive Treatment Program

Our fourteen-day intensive treatment program delivers personalized, high-impact care designed to maximize therapeutic outcomes. This specialized approach provides the focused intervention needed to make significant progress against OCD symptoms while accommodating your real-world responsibilities. As a result, our Home-based OCD Therapy model offers flexibility with no loss of clinical quality.

Comprehensive Program Structure
Initial Assessment and Personalized Planning
Your journey begins with a thorough intake assessment, allowing us to develop a customized treatment plan that incorporates:

  • Your specific OCD symptoms and triggers
  • Input from family members (with your permission)
  • Relevant treatment history you choose to share
  • Personal goals and priorities for recovery

This structure supports One-on-one OCD Treatment that adapts to your specific challenges.

Evidence-Based  Therapeutic Approach

Our program integrates two powerful, empirically-validated treatment methodologies:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): The gold standard for OCD treatment
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Enhancing psychological flexibility and values-based living

Together, ERP and ACT create predictable progress. They form the foundation of our Specialist OCD Treatment Services and guide each treatment step. This combined approach addresses each symptom logically and predictably, creating a clear pathway to symptom reduction and improved functioning. We also coordinate with your prescriber and therapy services when needed, ensuring a cohesive, evidence-based plan.

Intensive In-Home OCD Treatment Schedule

Four (4) hours of one-on-one OCD treatment in your home environment, three days per week. Remote check-in sessions with your dedicated clinician on non-treatment days.

Flexible scheduling that accommodates your personal and professional commitments. Because treatment takes place in your real environment, our Home-based OCD Therapy helps you apply skills immediately and consistently.

Texas's only in-home, 1;1 intensive program for OCD Treatment

When you seek reliable and effective support, our OCD Treatment Services in Texas offer everything you need. The OCD Clinics offers comprehensive treatment for persons who are suffering from moderate to severe OCD and Related Disorders in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) format. Our clinical staff has extensive training and experience in treating OCD in Texas.

With more than 25 years of experience, we understand that OCD symptoms and obstacles occur most frequently in the home and neighboring community. Therefore, our hierarchy-based, graduated IOP occurs in the home setting, where treatment can be applied directly in real time. This allows your individual treatment to be tailored to your specialized needs, targeting OCD where it lives and fostering maximum gains. You will work 1:1 with a dedicated BTTI (Behavior Therapist Training Institute) -trained clinician.

As Texas’s only in-home, 1:1 intensive program for OCD Treatment Services, our approach acknowledges that OCD impacts both the family and the sufferer. When appropriate, we enfold the family into the Treatment Team with education, support, and techniques to mitigate and overcome the challenges presented by this disorder. Our OCD clinic team is dedicated to your recovery.

FAQ

What treatments do your OCD treatment services include?

Our services include ERP-based psychotherapy, CBT, ACT when appropriate, structured in-home one-on-one sessions, daily remote check-ins, and coordination with your prescribing provider. We create a tailored plan coordinating with your psychiatrist or prescriber when appropriate. In short, we offer integrated care that covers both behavioral therapies and OCD medication and therapy services.

How does an Intensive IOP differ from weekly therapy?

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides multiple therapy hours per week, often several days with longer sessions, while weekly therapy usually means one appointment per week. Consequently, IOPs offer repeated, structured exposure practice and faster clinical gains for moderate to severe OCD. IOPs sit between weekly outpatient care and inpatient hospitalization on the care continuum.

How long do OCD IOPs usually last?

IOP lengths vary by program and need. Many centers run IOPs for four to eight weeks, while some programs offer shorter, highly concentrated options. In practice, length depends on symptom severity, progress, and clinical recommendations. Our model often uses a focused 14-day core with follow-up supports, while other established programs may extend up to six to eight weeks.

Do you offer in-home OCD treatment services?

Yes. We provide in-home OCD treatment services that bring trained clinicians to the client’s environment. This home-based approach helps you practice ERP in real settings where symptoms arise. In-home therapy can improve generalization of skills and speed functional recovery by targeting rituals in the context they occur. Texas programs increasingly include home-based models for this reason.

Who is a good candidate for specialist OCD treatment services?

Good candidates include people whose OCD significantly impairs daily life, those who did not respond to weekly therapy, individuals with complex or severe presentations, and patients seeking intensive one-on-one care. Clinicians assess safety, comorbidities, and motivation to ensure the selected level of care fits clinical needs and supports good outcomes.
